devproj, llc (“devproj,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and disclose it, and the rights that may be available to you under applicable law, including the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, LGPD, and POPIA.

Information collected automatically
When you use our site, certain technical data may be processed automatically for security and site operation purposes, such as:

  • Bot-detection and abuse-prevention signals

We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. Turnstile processes browser and interaction signals to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Cloudflare describes these signals as strictly necessary for fraud and bot prevention.

We do not use

  • Advertising cookies or advertising pixels
  • Third-party behavioral analytics or ad-tech trackers
  • Social media tracking scripts
  • Data brokers

We do not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Evaluate potential business engagements
  • Schedule consultations and communicate with you
  • Maintain website security and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for marketing unless you separately opt in.

We retain contact form submissions for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or longer if needed to:

We may delete information sooner upon verified request, unless we are legally required or otherwise permitted to retain it.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Canada

Under PIPEDA, organizations are generally required to obtain meaningful consent for the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information, subject to limited exceptions.

Brazil

Under the LGPD, data subjects may have rights including confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking, deletion in some circumstances, and information about sharing and consent.

South Africa

Under POPIA, data subjects may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of personal information.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Our services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
